Winery Review
88 points - Stephen Tanzer
100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Light, lurid pink. Tangerine, raspberry and white pepper on the fragrant nose. Juicy and focused in the mouth, offering zesty red berry flavors with a refreshingly bitter edge. Closes clean and tight, with lingering spiciness and a touch of orange zest.
Perhaps my nose is broken, however this wine had virtually no nose. I got extremely subtle hints of berries on the nose and not much else. I struggled to detect anything that was not grapes and alcohol. This wine really disappointed with the fragrance. The taste was nothing to write home about, it was unnaturally bitter but mellowed out on the finish which made it bearable, however I would not recommend it to anyone.
I did not eat food with this wine.
